This is the workshop for you if you have an idea or a clown performance that you want to develop or improve.
This is the workshop for you if:
You have a clown performance that you want to improve
You have an idea for a clown performance but you haven’t yet formed it into something to show in public
You will learn by:
Performing your act (or an extract) and receiving director’s feedback from me
Receiving specific points to work on your act and develop it ready to show it again (these can range across work on structure, rhythm, audience relationship, costume, intentions, concept, etc.)
Watching others receive director’s feedback and re-present their act
The format of the workshop will be more akin to directing than teaching through exercises, more ‘masterclass’ than training.
